AI Readiness Quiz data: Your quiz answers, overall score, category scores (data, processes, team, strategy), and if you choose to provide them, your email address, phone number, and company name.
Guide download data: Your email address when you request our free guide.

Communication data: Any information you share via email or during discovery calls.
Local storage identifier: We generate a random anonymous ID stored in your browser's local storage to link your activity across the quiz, guide, and contact form. This is not a cookie and does not track you across other websites.
Anonymous website analytics: If you have not opted out, we use self-hosted Umami to measure page views, referrers, browser and device type. It does not use cookies, record form entries, identify you, or track you across other websites.

Quiz answers and scores are stored without requiring an email address, so you can take the quiz anonymously. Email, phone, and company name are only stored if you choose to provide them.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected:
Quiz responses (anonymous, no email): 24 months.
Quiz responses (with email): 24 months, or until you request deletion.
Guide download requests: 12 months.
Contact form enquiries: 12 months after last contact, unless you become a client.
Client data: For the duration of the engagement plus 6 years for accounting and legal compliance.

Analytics are enabled by default. You can turn them off or back on using the button below. You can return to this setting through the “Privacy & analytics” link in the footer. Your choice is saved only in your browser and stops analytics loading on future pages. We also use browser local storage to generate a random anonymous identifier that links your activity across our quiz, guide, and contact form. This stays on your device and is not shared with any third party. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
Google Fonts: Loaded via CDN for typography. Google may receive your IP address as part of the request.
Gmail SMTP: Used to send you emails (quiz results, guide, contact form responses). Your email address is passed to Google's email service for delivery. Google's privacy policy applies to data processed by their service.
We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, session replay, social media tracking, advanced identity features, or third-party chat widgets on this site.
